"The location is great. The hotel is old and beaten down but it's clean and lively. Its in the heart of a busy area so if you stay on the 1st floor the noise from the street will be a part of your stay. It's not too bad though actually adds a nice vibe to the stay. The buffet breakfast is in an area with large windows and a great view. We sometimes went up there to get work done during the day. The hotel was generally lovely. The gym could do with some updating though. The hotel is well located and you can walk to most places for food options. It is also a short walk to the port, ferry stop, and tram stop. "
