"When checking in staff was a bit snobby, which in our opinion was not very welcoming. Our room was still dirty when we went inside. There was food and crumbs on the floor and on the couch, the pillows smelled of weed, the bathroom counter looked like it maybe had a quick wipe down but there was still some sticky substance on it. At the pool, we once again encountered another rude staff member which sadly killed our afternoon mood. The one positive experience was the bell man. He was kind, helpful and very curious. "

"My favorite place to stay when visiting Vegas! BEST pool in my opinion. Reserving pool chairs on the lazy river is VERY worth it. Being able to walk right over to NYNY is a major perk of staying at MGM Grand too. You have everything you need between the two casinos."

"While the Wynn Las Vegas remains impeccably maintained and spotlessly clean, my experience in early May was marred by uncharacteristically subpar service. Despite the resort not being particularly busy, the poolside service was a significant disappointment. It took approximately 45 minutes to receive any assistance at the pool (then about 45 to get our food!). When I attempted to flag down available staff, I was informed they were not assigned to my area and that my designated server would return shortly. This inefficiency extended to the pool bar, where wait times to place an order were equally excessive. Along with long wait times to ride the elevators, needing to wait for multiple elevators to pass before we could get on. Given the Wynn's reputation for excellence, these service lapses were unexpected and overshadowed an otherwise beautiful property."

"We came here as a last resort. This will now be our only resort if we’re ever in the area again the staff here was absolutely amazing. The rooms were very clean. We felt safe. 24 hour security. We absolutely loved it."

"The room was clean, the area around the hotel was clean. We had a little trouble finding our room. The layout was very confusing. The property could use some fixing up, nothing that a little paint couldn’t fix. Being only a mile from the strip, and centrally located is a plus."

"The coach/side chair was in bad condition every time that was seating there was scratching my leg with the peeling material, I requested a non smoking area but I guess since we arrive late were located in the smoke area now my clothes smell like cigarette and was having headache all the time we’re there cus of the odor also the towel was dirty when we first arrive "
