"We had a short trip phoned in advance to say we would be late, the member of staff was super friendly reassured us not to worry it was no problem and drive safely. We found the staff to be very polite, responsive, helpful and friendly. Great location adjacent to the beach. The room was well equipped, clean and well furnished meetings our needs. "Lovely hotel, only thing that let it down was the very squeaky floor boards which meant I was woke up quite a few times during the night and then at 5.30am when someone wasn’t too considerate and was banging about in the hallway. Did also have someone late at night chapping my door and running away. Let it down a bit unfortunately "

"Upon booking I ticked the option to pay at the hotel. Upon arrival I was surprised to be advised the room and that of 4 other guests had all been paid for 2 days before our arrival from my account. Totalling over £1000. Which had resulted in me having to request reimbursement from the other guests. The whole point of paying at venue was to avoid this 😟. "

So hospitable....explained to the manager that we found our beds uncomfortable, the manager organised new mattresses with no question and a smile. We did find the room to be a bit stuffy as the only ventilation was possible of we kept the french door on the latch, which was perfect during the day but perhaps a little unsafe at night.
