"Loved everything about our stay. The room was so nice and spacious. The only downside was that the outdoor pool water was literally freezing (it was June) and the indoor pool was out of service. The kids still made the best of it though."

"The hotel was in a great location, the staff were very helpful, but the property is a bit worn. Definitely could use a coat of paint on the balconies, but the room was clean and I enjoyed my stay."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Place Virginia Beach and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly, courteous, and always willing to help. Housekeeping was prompt and did an excellent job keeping our room clean and comfortable throughout our stay. The ocean view from the hotel was beautiful and made our visit even more relaxing. We also enjoyed the swimming pool, which was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for families. Overall, the combination of excellent customer service, clean accommodations, great amenities, and the stunning beachfront location made this a memorable stay. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend Hyatt Place Virginia Beach to anyone visiting the area."

"I booked a Oceanfront Room Suite with a King bed. When we arrived, first the room was very small, don't let the pictures fool you. Second, the bed was not a Kind, it is a Queen. When I called down to the front desk, they told me all oceanfront rooms are queens. Not sure, but the seems like false advertising. Very disappointing. The rooms are a bit dated, with dated furniture, no closet, only an armoire. That being said, the hotel was very nice, nice pools and small bar outside. Nice indoor adult only pool too! Front desk staff were very helpful and nice."
The Ocean Key Virginia Beach Resort

"We absolutely loved our stay at Ocean Key an amazing room for an amazing price at the amazing location right off the beach. The only downfall was our hot water was not working properly. It was very intermittent and if it were to get warm, it would take 10 to 15 minutes to heat up and that was just lukewarm. We did contact the front desk about it. They sent maintenance up and it kind of helped not really. My last shower there I was able to get hot water after about 20 minutes (not exaggerating!!) but overall it was a great stay I would definitely book it again!"
