"We’ve stayed at this property quite a few times but this time it was filthy, there weee handprint and smudge marks on all mirrors and it wasn’t clean when we moved in. "

"I love the 11.00am late check out that they didn’t charge me for the rooms are spacious clean and I literally didn’t even hear any noise from 1 other room nor outside even though I had a street facing room with balcony, also the reception staff were absolutely terrible so professional caring considerate and non judgmental which is not always the case at other places."
