"I was traveling with a friend to visit the city. We found the Pod a great place to sleep. The lobby is up an elevator from the ground floor - so it seemed to discourage people who didn't have any business in the hotel from being in the lobby. We chose a "bunk bed" room -- which worked well for us. The room was small even by New York standards -- but we just needed a clean place to sleep. The lobby floor had a sitting area, a bar, and had breakfast at the bar. I wish they had provided coffee...

"I was on a girls trip and stayed at The Element Times Square. It was absolutely perfect! The location was unbeatable for getting all over the city, whether we walked to Broadway Shows or to the Subway. The restaurant right next door had delicious food, and the hotel staff gave us a coupon. About the hotel staff, they were so friendly and accommodating! They would tell us which subway lines to take or where to find the best restaurants. The evening wine, beer and cheese during the week...
