"To start out, the bathroom door doesn’t even shut all the way and if you do close the door all the way good luck getting out without the fire department. The shower is piping hot, I actually got burned from the shower and you can not lower the temperature on the shower. The sink is the opposite, you can’t get warm water, only cold. They do not provide washcloths, and when you ask for them it’s an act of congress to get them. We ran out of toilet paper on one of our first days and it took us asking for toilet paper 3 times and an hour before we got it, we even went downstairs and were told it would be sent up. There is no clothes iron despite there obviously being a place where it’s supposed to go. The room and the bathroom was dark and had horrible lighting. The charger outlets do not hold chargers well and our chargers fell out constantly. The only bright side to this hotel was the food, it was good."
