"Everythins was fine with the room, but I did not like thath they gave us a room next to other room for a family, to enter you went throgh a very small space closed with a door and in case of emergency will cause a lot of problems for evacuation. The entrance to the hotel is under renovation and makes the entrance look dirty. the person who checked in did not make the slightest effort to get someone to assit me in Spanish or use technology to explain something. I like breakfast!"

"I asked for a quiet room with one bed and was given one in a very quiet corner of this big hotel. It looked recently updated, very clean and comfortable with excellent bedding, towels and amenities in the room. Fast elevator. Good vending machines and very good restaurants. Located in close distance of Penn station and walking distance to midtown attractions. Welcoming and professional staff."
