Really happy with our choice as I studied through many options before choosing Hilton Garden Inns. Staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was large, very clean, coffee, complimentary bottle of water, microwave and refrigerator. Comfortable bed and pillows. Air conditioner was a bit loud but not obnoxious. Looks like the hotel was recently remodeled. We ate in their dining room and the food and service was great. They have a small grocery area and free shuttle service. We definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again!

The bed was very uncomfortable; it was too hard whereby I would wake up very sore from the hardness of the bed. The wall-mounted thermostat was not working properly. The temperature was set at 67, but the room was still warm. We finally turned on the old floor unit located under the window and it worked fine as far as cooling the room. Also, most hotels offer complimentary breakfast. The Hilton Gardens JFK charged for their breakfast. I will never stay at this hotel again.
