"Very nice. Up to date. A little expensive, but everything is in St Thomas. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Food was great. Beach was beautiful and quaint. Very easy to book excursions through Cruz bay watersport, which on the property. First class!!"

"The house itself is beautiful, however, in need of some upkeep/repairs before they get worse. As far as the furnishing, couch, chairs, pillows, they need to be replaced. Couch in living room is dingy, white chair in main floor bedroom is dirty. Pillows are pretty much flat, even the ones in the shams. Blood spots on one pillow case. Kitchen towels were horrible. The ones I use for rags don't look as bad as these. Same with hot pads. Many of the knives were also disgusting. Bathroom towels...

"We had a few minor hiccups, but totally within the realm of normal island issues. The property management team did a fantastic job of responding to and correcting our concerns. This was a fabulous property and just what we needed for our group. The rare private beach access was fun for the kids, though very rocky and buggy. The pool was great! Definitely recommended. "Beautifully laid out home located in a private area overlooking Red Hook Bay. Spacious, comfortable, and loved the infinity pool. I don't think there could be a better location on St. Thomas. Worth every penny and would stay here again and again. On our first day my son-in-law said that he would be fine if we just stayed at the Villa every day and just relaxed - and I agreed."

"Perfect place for two couples. Close to Red Hook for amenities and the ferry to St John. Having to pool and watching the sunsets each night was perfect. The stairs down to the water is also an enjoyable place to soak in the views. Little tricky getting in/out of the water there, but worth it as the snorkeling was great. David was very helpful in describing the location, making suggestions on things to do, places to eat and planning around cruise ship days. Would highly recommend this for the...

"My family and I stayed at the Lazy Lizard for a week in December. The location was perfect; very close to the beach and Redhook. The accommodations had beautiful views in the front and back and every room was spacious and gorgeous. We found everything we needed for swimming and preparing meals. There were so many seating options outdoors and the gardens were a treat. One of our family got Covid and we’re unable to come. We will return with them."

"We loved this unit and are huge fans of the Ritz property. Perfect place to relax and read a good book or do the opposite and dive, sail, or take advantage of activity areas. "This place was perfect for our family. Everyone had comfortable space and their own bathrooms. Great views off patio and the best rocking loungers. Beautiful ocean breezes in the evening. Location is close to Red Hook with lots of shops and restaurants. Beach was nice with great snorkeling on the left side. Pool is nice and large. Would definitely come back."
