"The bartenders and servers are the most amazing pleasant people at hotel. I can’t say the same to the check in front desk . I payed one night before check Out, but when I dropped the key next morning she keep saying was not pay yet, very embarrassed for us until she check to another computer and say: oh ok . "What a great hotel!!! SO beautiful inside and the location can't be beat. It was within walking distance of the funivia and all the dining and shopping a person needs. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is small, not a lot of selection but enough to fill you up. There is underground parking that's a bit convoluted to get to but so nice knowing your vehicle is safe and sound. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Bolzano."
