Our stay at Adler Lodge Ritten was nothing short of magical. The lodge is incredibly beautiful, with breathtaking views of the Dolomites that set the perfect backdrop for a peaceful escape. We felt utterly relaxed during our time here, especially with the luxurious sauna in our bedroom and the serene saltwater pool. Each day was an adventure, with fantastic hiking trails in the surrounding area. The food was a highlight of our stay—absolutely delicious, featuring local delicacies that we couldn’t get enough of. We have to give a special mention to our server, Alex, who made every meal an experience. His knowledge of the cuisine and local wines was remarkable, and thanks to him, we discovered our new favorite amaro! His friendly personality added so much to our dining experience. We also want to recognize Rudie at the bar/lounge downstairs. He was incredibly welcoming and made us feel so well taken care of during our time there. His drink suggestions were spot-on, and his warm demeanor made the lounge one of our favorite places to unwind. Adler Lodge Ritten exceeded all our expectations, offering stunning scenery, excellent food, and an amazing staff who made our stay unforgettable. We can’t wait to return!

Without a doubt, the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly attentive, warm and genuinely helpful, always going out of their way to make our stay special. The all-inclusive offering is exceptional and honestly represents ridiculous value for money – the quality of the food, drinks, activities and facilities is outstanding. The food was consistently delicious, with a fantastic variety at every meal, and there was always something new to try. We loved the included guided activities, the beautiful spa, and the attention to detail throughout the property. The setting is simply breathtaking. Waking up to those panoramic mountain views every morning was unforgettable and made it very difficult to leave. If you’re looking for a relaxing luxury escape where everything is taken care of, I couldn’t recommend ADLER Lodge Ritten highly enough. We’ll definitely be back.

The absolute best of everything. Incredible staff, food, and rooms. Everything is top notch. We had the most wonderful 5 days. The views are amazing and the saunas and pool are so relaxing. We will be back!

Everything about this was wonderful. The location with the view was absolutely stunning. The amenities were well appointed, everything from the spa and wellness, to bike and hiking adventures lead by the staff. They also have a private train station where you can hop on to the tiny train that connects to cities together. Which allows you to hike to one and ride the train back if you wanted.

Das Adler Ritten ist ist ein traumhafter Ort, jedoch driften Angebot und Realität auseinander. Die Anfahrt hält ein wundervolles Panorama bereit, was nach kurzer Fahrt durch eine Wald vor dem Tor des Adler Ritten endet. Beim betreten der Lobby blickt man durch hohe Fenster auf die Dolomiten. Check-in war problemlos, die Rezeption und alle anderen Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, Zimmer schön und geräumig, das kulinarische Angebot gut, jedoch nicht außergewöhnlich. Der Infinity-Pool bietet einen unbezahlbaren Blick auf die Dolomiten und die Sauna-Landschaft im Wald war ein Erlebnis, was zur Erholung beigetragen hat. Was jedoch auch berücksichtigt werden muss und wodurch Preis-Leistung überhaupt nicht passen und der Michelin-Key ungerechtfertigt ist: Der Service ist weit von 5* Niveau entfernt und so kann das Adler an der Stelle bei weitem nicht mit anderen Hotels der Klasse mithalten. Der Service wirkte unabgestimmt und unstrukturiert, teils unbeholfen. Vereinzelt stechen hier Mitarbeiter durch sehr ausgeprägten Servicegedanken hervor, dann muss man jedoch wieder einen Kellner suchen, um sich beim Frühstück einen Kaffee zu bestellen, erhält nach einer Bestellung eines alkoholfreien Cocktails das glatte Gegeteil oder sitzt beim Abendessen ohne Getränke und muss diese proaktiv einfordern. Das trübt den ersten Eindruck deutlich und lässt viel Potenzial eines Traumortes liegen. Unsere Beschwerde wurde entgegengenommen, gefolgt von einstündigem Warten auf unser Auto.

Wir waren schon öfter in der Adler Lodge Ritten und sind jedes Mal wieder begeistert. Der Ausblick ist einfach unglaublich, die Hütten sind wunderschön und mit eigener Sauna ein echtes Highlight. Das All-Inclusive-Konzept ist super, die Getränkeauswahl top und der Service immer herzlich. Rundum ein besonderer Ort zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen.

Abbiamo apprezzato il piacevole clima familiare che si è’ creato durante i giorni di vacanza. Abbiamo apprezzato la singolare location che offriva continui panorami mozzafiato . Consigli: ingrandire l’area relax della piscina e la sala adibita al pranzo che in determinate fasce orarie non permettono di accogliere tutta la clientela ospite del resort sarebbe ideale. Implementerei il carnet di scelta delle attività (attività a cavallo, impianti sciistici con mezzi a noleggio, attività in piscina, piano bar serale…).

Premesso che tendo a comparare il livello di eccellenza tra servizi location estrutura e personale...faccio circa 20 prenotazioni al mese (quasi sempre a 5 stelle) ADLER LODGE RITTEN in questi 2 giorni mi ha lasciato semplicemente innamorato!!! Estrutura bellissima, tutto molto curato al minimo dettaglio, servizi a livello 5 stelle superior e poi la ciliegia sulla torta; IL PERSONALI !!! senza dimenticarmi di nessuno (tutti gentilissimi) specialmente il sommelier Paul che ci ha fatto sentire a casa! Non ho parole! e anche un special thanks per la manager che con eleganza maestria e esperienza ha saputo fare il meglio per regalarci un soggiorno favoloso...complimenti a tutti, ci torneremo prossima volta per più giorni di coccole..grazie mille!
