"Dominik war immer erreichbar und immer zur stelle wenn man ihn brauchte. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Es fehlte an nichts. Der pool war das Highlight für die Kinder, aber auch für uns. Das Wasser reicht locker für den ganzen Tag und beide Wohnungen sind Klimatisiert so das man angenehm schlafen kann. Es liegt eher abseits so das man auf ein Auto angewiesen ist. In allem hat uns der Urlaub sehr gut gefallen."

Obwohl der Vermieter im Erdgeschoss wohnte, hatten wir viel Privatsphäre und wurden nicht gestört, auch wenn wir bis in die frühen Morgenstunden gefeiert haben. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und kam uns mit einigen Geschenken entgegen, was wir sehr nett fanden. Bei der Kommunikation gab es allerdings ein paar Probleme aufgrund der Sprachbarriere. "We had a great holiday staying at Ana's villa. Very friendly welcome, super clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The garden and pool area are very private as the neighbouring house was not occupied. About 15 minutes by car from Zadar, the coast at Sukosan and the lake at Posedarje. (the roads are excellent) Would thoroughly recommend Villa Andu!"

The property was even better than the pictures make it look. The house is new, built well, right next to the sea, has private parking, and all the amenities you'd need. "Es ist eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, alles ist wirklich so wie auf den Bildern. Der Eigentümer ist sehr nett und hilft einem wo er nur kann. Steht mit Rat und tat immer zur Verfügung. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Immer wieder gerne auf einen neuen Urlaub."

"Es gibt wirklich nichts zu bemängeln. Das Haus war genau wie auf den Bildern abgebildet! Noch dazu waren die Vermieter extrem freundlich, standen uns bei Fragen immer zur Verfügung und haben uns sogar mit frischem Obst und Gemüse aus eigenem Anbau versorgt. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und auch die Nachbarn waren sehr nett. Ein Auto ist zwar ein muss, aber damit erreicht man dann auch alles was das Herz begehrt: Nationalparks, Strände, Zadar, etc."

"Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 7 Freunden im Alter von 20 Jahren 10 Nächte in der Villa. Der Vermieter war super. Er kam zur Übergabe und ging mit uns kurz das Haus durch. Danach ließ er uns unsere Privatsphäre und kündigte sich immer frühzeitig an, wenn er zum Poolreinigen kam (nur 2 mal in den 11 Tagen). Er war sehr nett, wenn mal etwas kaputt ging verständnisvoll und absolut nicht aufdringlich. Die Lage der Villa ist perfekt. ca. 15-20min Fahrt nach Zadar und trotzdem komplett ungestört auf...

"Das sa Haus ist toll und hat alles was man braucht, leider war die Kommunikation mit der Agentur etwas schwierig, da bis zum Tag der Abreise nicht klar war, ob wir eine Kaution bezahlt haben oder nicht. Im Nachhinein mussten wir dann noch etwas bezahlen."

"This property is to rest your soul and eyes. First of all I liked that you get "Infopack" with all info that you need, but if you still have question, the host Mr. Steffen is very quick with reply. The house was sparkling clean and has all equipment that you might need (kitchen....etc). Now, the best part is how beautifully and tastefully the house is designed inside and outside, full of pretty details all in lovely blue shades. The garden has two best features outside shower and all day shade...
