"Overall property was good but had two major flaws. Bed was way too small and hard, and couch in living area was not functional and in poor condition. Good proximity to downtown Stamford. Property manager was very attentive. Despite flaws mentioned above (which should be an easy fix) we enjoyed our stay."

They did have a cleaning person come in the next day and also provided air purifiers on request but still... my mom and I got daily headaches and nightly coughing fits. "First, Darwin was very responsive and flexible, after a 12 hr drive he was gracious enough to accommodate an early AM check in. Secondly, the location was ideal, close to downtown and grocery store. Lastly, the apartment itself had everything we needed, it was neat and spacious enough for our family. I would definitely recommend."

"We stayed at the New Dawn for a Memorial Service. The setting on the water was so peaceful and private, yet easy access for those of us traveling by public transportation from Manhattan and La Guardia airport. We had chairs lined up facing the water for a Celebration of Life Ceremony. The whole downstairs layout was just wonderful with indoor and outdoor areas for people to gather, sharing memories and grief.
