"The title says it all! We wanted a quiet break from life in downtown Auckland and this place fit the bill perfectly. It’s a cute little cottage with great facilities and it was great relaxing on the deck watching the sun set over Oneroa. It’s only a short walk to the nearest bus stop as well - Waiheke has a really great bus network so there’s no need for a car. All in all the perfect place to spend the weekend!"

"A beautiful location right on the water's edge, perfect for swimming and kayaking. Lovely big lawn for some backyard cricket. Older style lockwood bach which has everything you need. Angela from bachcare is brilliant too."

"On day of check in we received an email asking what time we would arrive and received no reply as to the address to find the exact location for the accommodation. By deduction and luck we drove around and around until by chance we found it. Host was very good in supplying iron and ironing board on request. Had to buy laundry detergent and no dryer."
