This is the 2nd time which we have stayed here enroute to Italy and once again we had a pleasant evening with good food and drink and a good nights sleep. Catering for my Coeliac diet was also not a problem when it came to dinner. Didn't try breakfast so can't comment.
We stayed here in a junior suite for 2 nights recently. The room was a good size with separate bathroom and separate wc plus lots of storage. Very comfortable bed and lovely view of the Bossons glacier and Mont-Blanc. My only criticism of the room is that the decor would not be to my taste (dark brown furry carpet!) and the lighting was very poor. There was a balcony but it was too small to sit on comfortably.
The hotel has a fabulous sunny terrace overlooking the swimming pool and with the same stunning view as our room. It is a lovely place to have breakfast / lunch or just while away the time with a drink.
The food is excellent although, again, the decor in the restaurant is not to my taste (sort of modern motorway cafe!). Eat on the terrace whenever possible!
Had a small suite (1 very comfortable queen bed and 2 sofas that doubled as twin beds). Loved the carpeting and general Alpine feel of the room. Water pressure definitely not an issue in the shower. This place took care of all the details. Very well situated near the train station and a short walk to great bars (Moo, Chambre Neuf, Elevation). But still perfect for families if that's your schtick.
This hotel gave us such a wonderful stay, through we stayed only for a night. The rooms are spacious with a lovely view of Aiguille du Midi right from the room. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They allowed us for a early check-in at 11.30 am as we arrived to Chamonix at 9 am. The breakfast is worth the 10 Euros.

We would go back. The hotel, in the heart of Chamonix is very nice and the staff were very nice also. We enjoyed our stay. Internet use had some charges and although one could only use internet in public areas, the internet was efficient. One could check emails at the bar or in a quiet business lounge.
My husband and I traveled there for a conference in summer. The only drawback was there was no lift. (which we knew in advance.) As we were traveling for business, we had extra luggage. We stayed on the third floor so we got extra exercise.
