The reception and staff was very kind. Unfortunately, the hotel is very old and we experienced a plethora of issues due to the ongoing construction that was occuring. The pool and hot tub were also closed and the front desk's system would shut down every now and then.

Wow!! Almost $400 hundred for one night. Went for a concert and a resort style weekend. Ridiculous. After waiting 30 minutes in line to check in we walked to the pool which was Closed. Went to the third floor to the other pool but due to construction next door the concrete drilling was too loud. Went to the beach but they had no available chairs or umbrellas. There were at least 30 unusable chaises just parked looking like trash. So, so disappointed with Hilton. The staff WERE MISERABLE. I felt bad for them. Don’t stay here for at least 6 months.

It was very clean and the staff were helpful. You have to valet park. The lowerlevel pool is underconstruction. But the hotel has so many amenities but no free breakfast.
