Apparently there are several errors in Expedia info about this hotel...eg they do not do transfers from the cruise terminal.
Hotel was clean and functional, which was everything we needed for an overnight after a late flight arrival. Staff were great.
We had the worst experience i think anyone could have. After traveling you want to get rest. We checked in around 11pm woke up by gurgling from the bath, thought it was odd. At 7 am it was continuing, we looked in the bathroom and the toilet and bathtub were backing up with fecal matter and it did not stop. We had to grab our things and go the smell was so bad. I would like to get a full redund. It was the worst night ever and would never wish that on anyone
So this property is really close to the airport so you're constantly hearing the airplanes coming in and out. The staff at the front desk one of them was extremely friendly the other one was quite rigid and abrupt and not very approachable. The price was very high on one night like absurdly high but then the other night it was okay so based on that for $150 or less it's okay more than that you feel kind of cheated because it is a more worn property very you know used but it's still very clean so I mean mixed feelings about the whole situation I would stay there again but I would be extremely sensitive on the pricing
Completely deceiving and the conditions of the hotel were deplorable. I booked a room for my brother and mom based on the reviews and pictures... I felt like an idiot for falling in that trap. Do not stay here please and if you do, make sure you bring your own linens and towels because God forbid that you ask for them to clean your room or ask for clean towels.
At the time of our stay the restaurant was closed for remodeling and there little snack/sandwiches place was closed , they were on vacation. Needed some where to eat because there was nothing close,.
This property had cockroaches and smelt musty and disgusting. Doesn’t have hotel transportation definitely won’t be returning.

Listing on Expedia for this property explicitly states parking included. Accordingly to the night front desk clerk, included means as part of an extra $15 fee that was not on Expedia.
This hotel was dirty and they charged $15 a day for amenities. Which they stated was water, wifi, charging of EV vehicle -which by the way only catered to Tesla’s. The coffee was complimentary as well- really? There is no restaurant on site, due to it being renovated. Room service did not turn our room over at all. There was hair all over the room floor. We even had to get a room change due to the shower leaking all over the floor. WORSE HOTEL EVER

Stayed in 2nd floor room.The hotel is very old with little to no sound proofing for being directly next to an airport and highway. Had to nearly yell speaking with another person in the room when planes were taking off. The room smelled terrible, like it had been mopped with a sour mop. The in wall air/heater unit only made it worse as pushing out musty sour damp air. The flooring was cracked and heaved up in areas. The bathroom floor was dirty as well as the bathtub. 2 complimentary bottles of water were in the room, one of the bottles had been opened and was half full.

Ok. The room wasn’t the cleanest. Nothing close by. I booked through Expedia at 86 but charged 135. I wouldn’t go back.

Proximity to airport was good. Mgr suggested there was an airport shuttle but there wasn’t.

My stay was great. Staff at welcome counter was great. The room was very clean. My deposit was not returned. It is not refundable as advertised. Extra charges daily.

As soon as I get to the front desk the check in was fast and easy, it took me longer to get my luggage than the check in. The staff was very friendly and polite. I will definitely stay in these hotel.
