Nice renovated apartment with kitchen, living area, bedroom and washroom. Safe neighborhood near 5 street. Check in procedure needs improvement because I waited over an hour to get into my apartment. I left my souvenir Miami Open visor in my apartment when I left but the staff said they couldn’t find it.

We loved our time at Sunny Days apartments in Miami Beach. The two-bedroom apartment was great for our family. My wife and I had a cozy room with a bathroom, and the kids had their own room too. The small kitchen had everything we needed to make meals, and the dining table fit us all easily. We liked that bikes were available for rent and beach chairs and umbrellas were included - we used them every day! We also appreciated the onsite parking, even if it cost extra. The location was perfect, with a grocery store just a block away. We could walk or take a short Uber ride to the beach and Ocean Drive. Overall, Sunny Days was comfy, handy, and really thought of everything. Highly recommend for a fun Miami Beach holiday!

The property was perfect for a vacation. It’s 8 minutes away from the beach and some cool restaurants. They also have a Target shopping store that’s a 2 minute walk from the property. I will DEFINITELY book here again in the future.

This was our first time in Miami as a family of 4, with two small children, and we were beyond impressed with our apartment and the property overall! It was spacious, stocked with all necessities, and very comfortable! We found the location so safe and accessible ( and the complementary beach umbrellas were a wonderful bonus!) I really enjoyed my stay at this property. Parking area was very small but we made it work. There was a kid constantly running above us, but it didn’t really bother us. I had a peaceful week and would do it again.
