"It is an older property and they are doing renovations. The room was updated but every noise could be heard from hallway. The front desk was very helpful and nice. "I went for a major historical fencing competition. Accommodations in Orange County can be rough, being expensive and not having good parking. Given the limitations on space that this property had like all the other hotels in the area, I had no complaints. And it had the usual excellent hot full breakfast which is just what I needed before one of the most prestigious competitions!"

"This was our second time at the Dorymans. We love the hotel and the staff are wonderful. Our only complaint was the noise at night from partygoers downstairs in the bars and surrounding area when we were trying to sleep. I did mention it to the staff and they were very kind to offer earplugs but we declined. We would definitely stay there again but in another room where we wouldn’t hear the noise so we could have a better nights sleep. "
