"A well equipped and modern villa. It was comfortable but expected the shower rooms to have ensuite toilets. There were only 2 toilets for a villa that could sleep 10 people. Enjoyed our holiday and the location was ideal for everything."

"We had a great week in Ardernos Les bains taking advantage of a pretty garden and al fresco dining. Very close to the beach and the shops. A warm and friendly welcome from Maryse ( the owner) and a perfect climate in a beautiful area with access to the Atlantic for surfing made our stay thoroughly enjoyable."

"A super villa with large living/dining area,ideal for spending family time together. The pool outside was perfect entertainment for the children and an ideal space for sunbathing. The adults also enjoyed using the hot tub. Cathy was very helpful and friendly offering ideas of where to eat and what to do. Eric the owner of the villa was very pleasant and helpful too even bringing us cakes on our departure. A lovely relaxing holiday in an authentic French villa!"

"This property is beautiful and the owners are amazing! There was plenty of room for 4 couples and the outdoor space is an added bonus. Unfortunately the weather was very rainy and chilly so never were able to use the pool. The owners go above and beyond, from going on our first grocery store run, to setting up a dinner with a chef, which introduced us to some traditional French foods. They also provided us with some nice wine and truly wonderful hospitality."

"Modern spacious house, very comfortable, very well equipped including bikes. Located next to main cycle track, ideal for getting about the area. So much to do around the basin and Cap Ferrat only a 30 min drive away Was given short tour of the town by the owner upon arrival, lots of good local information. M Casenave went out of his way to ensure we had a great stay Had a great stay here, will come back again next year but for 2 weeks instead of 1. "

"We were welcomed by Myriam & Jean-Christophe. Everything was explain to us despite the language barrier. The property is equipped to a high standard. As the owners live in the attached property the pool is cleaned every day, you don’t have to do anything regarding it at all. Myriam gave us lots of information regarding places to see, and recommend a local restaurant which was very good value we went twice. This is an exceptional property that I would highly recommend."

"The house was beautiful and close to the shops, beach and some nice restaurants. We had 16 people in the house but it never felt like we were all on top of each other - although they could possibly do with one or 2 more chairs but we managed to squeeze on the bench. Sebastien was very helpful and easily contactable. The house backs onto a bike path that runs down to town and the pool was very refreshing."

"The house is beautiful inside with a huge fireplace giving the property a grand feel. The swimming pool was a big hit with the kids and nice to cool off in when the weather got hot. The decking overlooking the pool is a fabulous place for evening meals and socialising after the children were in bed. There are lots of cycle tracks near the house to get into town and beyond. The only negative is that there are no bars, restaurants or shops within walking distance, meaning we had to use the car if...

"La ville Claire est plus que conforme à la description. Idéalement située elle offre tout confort. La conciergerie du Bassin est un atout indispensable (gentillesse, disponibilité, écoute....) On recommande sans problème. On reviendra l'année prochaine. MERCI MERCI MERCI"
