A nice hotel...

Good place to stay. A little out of the city, but transport is easy and close by, with a a row of food places close by. Little disspointed with time taken to answer requests e.g. extra towels but overall a really good hotel and would stay there again.

Nightlife: Some great lounge bars, clubs and restaurants on Chapel Street. Make sure the boys wear collars!

Would love to stay in the same hotel on my next trip to Melbourne

Great service,clean and spaceous rooms,very helpful and professional staff.Also very handy location ,not far from the city,with public transport(trams)few minutes walk from hotel.

A good hotel

The hotel is on the way to St. Kilda, opposite Albert Park, on the very busy Queens Rd. Getting to the city centre or to St. Kilda from the hotel is easy. The hotel sells tram tickets and trams run every 10 min from St. Kilda Rd, which is about 5 min walking distance. The staff at the hotel is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are small but modern and clean. Unfortunately, one cannot open the window due to the traffic noise on Queens Rd. The hotel has a nice indoor swimming pool and a spa and it offers an excellent breakfast buffet (except for for the coffee). As I was at the hotel on business, I would have prefered a cheaper and faster internet service.

Saving: The hotels around Albert Park and St. Kilda are not serviced by the Skybus and the taxi fare to these hotels is around 60$ from the airport. I recommend the Jetbus Shuttle Service, which is very reasonably priced and can be booked in advance over the internet.
