Néanmoins, le bain tourbillon du spa est petit et n’est pas assez chaud. De plus, les saunas ne fonctionnaient pas bien. "The location of this hotel is exceptional. The staff are as helpful as possible. But Rami (at the reception) is exceptionally good. The only negative thing about this hotel is there is no air-conditioning in early May. I was told this is the case with all hotels and that they are following government directives on the use of electricity. I would've given 5 stars if it wasn't for this issue. Marriott is not far away from this hotel. I wonder if the air-conditioning issue also applies to them!"

I was at a 4 star hotel Rosa beach and service was bad and the room was not clean and all 4 stars hotels were booked so i had to book this hotel and it was amazing! receptionist Mohamed was so helpful and the staff of the dining room were 5 stars service and the food was great and different every day too! 5 stars "
