"Walking into the property to check in everything was easy check in was fast I got my room key, and was in my room within 10 minutes. The room was small two queen size beds large clean functional bathroom with a large shower tub . The shower head put out a ton of water, so that was convenient the hotel uses those in shower shampoo and soap bottles that I don't particularly like but they seem to be all the rage these days. The room used a Nespresso coffee maker but which I don't particularly like but Target was just up the street with Nespresso pods so I was able to have all the coffee that I liked exactly the way I liked it every morning. The view from the room was spectacular , and the ice maker although right next to the room did not make enough noise to wake me up.
All the facilities were functional the whole time I was there , although the restaurant was very expensive and the food was average.
At one point noticing that the air conditioner was making a lot of noise I opened the vent cover and noticed that the filter was very dirty, so I called the front desk to tell them. The next day the filter was replaced and the air conditioner was much quieter. I say this to point out that the staff was very responsive. I would stay here again and recommend it. "
"The apartment, convenient and very appropriate for our needs. Amenities could be better, For 2 adults, there were only 4 bath sized towels, 1 hand towel, no wash cloths, no dish towels, sponge or dish soap in the kitchen. Only 1 entry fob was allowed, 2 fobs would have been better for 2 adults with different schedules. The concierge at the Earl Apartments were very accommodating but unable to provide additional services since the unit is managed by the WeHostGroup based in Miami, FL. Communication with WeHostGroup was confusing and difficult. When my reservation was booked through Hotels.com, I was informed that I would receive check-in instructions prior to arrival that I never received. Since we know residents that live in the Earl Apartments, we were able to access the building. We needed to contact the WeHostGroup for access to our rental. I had ignored several calls with a Miami area code and no caller ID. Only once was a voice message left saying it was regarding my reservation. I was told all identification information had not been received, even though I submitted everything when my reservation was booked. Email responses were confusing because the email address was a "Guesty Portal" email address. To confirm check-out, we were asked to submit a photo of our key fob at the concierge desk, however there was no way to upload a photo. Confusing communication, sparse amenities but overall the apartment was lovely, we enjoyed our stay, and would definitely return.
