"Me, mum, sisters age range 58 to 90 We all absolutely loved our stay The property was so much better than we thought from the pictures The 4 beds in the property were so comfy we all had such great sleeps which is usual for part of our group The location couldnt be more perfect ... just a short stroll in to viking bay but far enough for peace and quiet All the meals out were great tartar frigate & takeaway cod and chips delicious We cannot recommend this property enough We will definitely...

"Positives: Washer / Dryer / Kitchen with Frig / Clean Negatives: Felt like Hobbit house. Doorways bearly 5 feet tall / Stairway down right unsafe / Front door inches from busy roadway / noisy traffic / no parking"

"Didn't need our car once we got there. We could walk to Broadstairs one way or to some lovely unspoilt bays the other. The apartment is well appointed with lovely nuatical themed furnishings. Welcoming host. I would certainly recommend."

"I have pictures of our disgusting dirty room with spider webs & uneven flooring. Smelly moldy rooms with wet stains on the walls and ceiling. The Wi-Fi didn’t work and neither did the TV. There was a tea kettle, but no tea or coffee. This looked nothing like the picture you showed!!! I would like my money refunded. I would not recommend this property to anyone! We slept in our clothes and couldn’t wait to get on the ship to shower and send our clothes to the laundry."

"Very convenient, 20mins away from the town centre, nicely decorated & easy to park. Only reason for not being perfect throughout is the bedding was a bit thin and the electric meter cupboard door was broken so it banged in the wind & kept me up. Otherwise great"

"Easy to access the property . Full comprehensive instructions were given for key pickup . Lovely property , clean and very welcoming . Thank you for the breakfast / food hamper that was waiting for us on arrival . A lovely touch . Would stay there again . Would have been better with our own transport as a little way out of Whitstable but that was our problem not the hosts . Managed to catch a couple of local buses to and from the property . One a little further away than the other . Can totally...

"I’d definitely recommend the hotel. The keyless entry didn’t initially work, but the communication with the owner was quick and a new code was sent within minutes. The rooms were lovely and there was a good variety of teas and coffees available. I was worried not having check in would mean that the owners weren’t around, but they did help us figure out how to turn the air conditioning off. The location was fantastic and it wasn’t noisy in the rooms. "
