"From the first interaction the staff wasn't able to show me where the restrooms were.
The accommodation was billed 3 times, though we were assured this would be fixed immediately - 24 hours later we are still waiting to see the money in our account !
The restaurant could only offer 7 out of about 30 items on the menu!
Apparently they were changing their menu, but in a very unprofessional way !
We chose the hamburger, it took forever to arrive at the table, even though we were the only customers.
The burger was tough and very dry and I had to ASK for some sauce !!
We should have been offered the meal for free !!!
In fact we were overcharged for the evening meal, and reception confirmed that the restsurant always overcharged, and then refunded the overcharge.

The first thing we heard early this morning was a dog barking and barking and children screaming.
The only positive thing about our stay was that the beds were comfortable !
This was NOT what we were expecting and not of the professional standard we are accustomed to.
Oh, and we are STILL WAITING for the refunds."
