Nice hotel. Very comfortable. They have been refurbishing the pool area for 12 months and by the looks it will be several years before it’s finished.

Great place to stay. Rooms are nice and the staff showed good customer service. Only downside during the stay was parking. We were not given any other option than the valet.

Always happy to be back in New Coast Hotel! The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Everyone was so friendly and attentive! Hotel is well located and just a stone's throw away (3-min walk) from Robinson mall offering restaurants, cafes, bakeries, a well-stocked supermarket, movie theatre, beauty parlour, bookstore...you name it, they have it!

The hotel and staff are excellent and we love staying there. The only reason for the below excellent rating is becathey are renovating so the pool area is not open and the gym facility is very small compared to previous stays. The breakfast dinind area has been changed and is much smaller and tight to walk around and fewer choices to choose from, however still very good food! We will definitely stay there again and hope to see the full renovation done soon!

Stayed here a few times and its always good, they are renovating the hotrel so lobby is smaller and pool closed. If I had known the pool was closed I may have booked elsewhere but it was not mentioned when booking via a third party. Staff are good always pleasant and hotel is clean.

Quite an experience to stay in this hotel. Everyone is so nice and helpful and are always with a smile. Breakfast is good although it was not as many variations as last year but I still totally enjoy the breakfast being served. The new breakfast place is just fabulous.The chef even made a requested pandesal with corned beef which is such a nice gesture that he remembers. Love the place and will stay again for sure.

The hotel was wonderful. The staff is the best part. The dining onsite is good. The area outside is very crowded and not safe to just walk around and site see. You will get robbed or rundown if you are not careful. Take taxi’s and watch out. But the hotel was lovely. Easy to get tours etc.
