"we stayed here for the laughterama comedy festival at castlefield bowl and it was perfect. The hotel literally overlooks the bowl and there are so many of Manchesters best places to see, restaurants, bars etc within 10-15 minutes including the science and history museum across from the hotel. The room we stayed in was huge and super clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. "

"Had. To give an average rating for property condition and facilities as it's currently undergoing a lot of reconstruction, so there's scaffolding up, men working in reception and on the scaffolding. Wee bit disconcerting to have labourers directly outside your bedroom window! Would have enjoyed using the spa but the temporary changing room put me off. Plus we had to use a temporary entrance/exit which caused some confusion with the sat nav directions. Thought £25 per day for parking was a bit...

"I had a great stay and will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends who are visiting Manchester. I love the location as it is walkable to many attractions and it is close to Oxford train station so I can even explore nearby cities. Special mention to Wendy from Holiday Inn Express as she has definitely make me feel very welcome and share nice tips on mcr city. "
