"Beautiful location, wonderful views, fantastic staff"
Hotel fantastic, staff so helpful, one of our party had a disability and the hotel staff were so helpful, they gave us a personal hotel driver to take us to the main town whenever we wanted, as the hotel is located a short distance from town and the journey is all up hill. We had a wonderful holiday, and would most definately go back again. The Amalfi coast is stunningly beautiful, and this is our 3rd visit to this area. Would recommend this hotel to everybody.

"Fantastic holiday and great hotel!"
My partner and I came to Maiori for a wedding in Ravello and had a fantastic time. The hotel were great, check-in and check-out was easy, free drink in arrival and great staff too. We did have ants in our bathroom which was quickly sorted out by the cleaning staff. Rooms cleaned daily and the bed was comfortable. The pool on the roof is small but the hotel has a second pool round the corner located in nearby apartments. This was much nicer and one if very few hotels that even have a pool in the area. Charge to use the beach but view was amazing. We would certainly recommend the hotel and location to any of our friends.

"Maiori's Best Kept Secret"
Beautiful hotel with incredibly helpful and attentative staff. We were Wowed by our triple bedroom with a Jacuzzi in it. Vincenzo and Massimo were very 'hands on' and generally bent over backwards for you, nothing was any trouble to them. Stunning views from room top pool, every room had a balcony looking over directly onto the sea. It's about an hour from Naples, and you will need a car for exploring the local villages and towns. The hotel has parking. Stunning Breakfast Terrace 7am-10am - Breakfast is Italian style (Pastries & Coffee) although Juices, Cereal and Rolls are provided with Jams and Nutella! My 6yr old was the only child there last week (10 rooms- all couples except us) he had a brilliant time. We did a good balance of pool days and day trips out to Pompei and Vesuvius, Positano etc Incredibly all the other holiday makers at the hotel were Italians, local italians from neighbouring provinces and a couple from only Pompei ! (it must be good if the Italians go there!) One other English couple were really very impressed and have fallen in love with the area as we have...... at last somewhere that we love enough to be going back for a second round of excursions next year....I as soon as possible I will be booking for next August.

"Great hotel, awesome location!"
Loved the hotel- staff was great, breakfast was awesome. It was right across the street from the beach- which had gorgeous views and a private section for hotel guests with umbrella and lounge chairs. The bus stop to other stops along the coast was steps away from the hotel making it very convenient. The room was large and balcony was great to enjoy some wine looking out at the ocean. My only complaint was the mattress was awful- felt like sleeping on concrete. Other than that, it was an awesome experience. I would def stay there again on my next trip to the Amalfi Coast!

"Great scenery, not so luxury...."
Fantastic views and grounds, but rooms were past their glory days (by about 5 years). We stayed in one of the rooms that wasn't in the actual Torre. The best way I can describe the room is more B&B in Yorkshire, rather than Hotel on sexy coast. Some people might argue that this is just character and tell you how awful it is to stay in boring, dreary Premier Inn type places - a fair point, however there is a point at which a room stops having 'character' and becomes a bit old & tired. The room and bathroom were clean, but just needed a little refresh. The breakfast was nice and you had the option of having it bought to the table outside the room, which was a nice touch. However, this is again where the B&B side came through - the staff seemed nice enough (not much English) but they were not what you would class as 'seen-not-heard'... They arrived at 9 for breakfast and stayed until about 4.30 (cleaning the rooms etc), but during this time they were always close to the pool and not quiet - this gave you a feeling like you were staying at your in-laws family's house, perfectly welcome but never quite able to fully relax... However, there were lots of little corners around the place where you could hide away from the noise, albeit no pool. This probably all sounds very negative, but overall it was ok. Its perhaps more an issue of managing expectations. For the area you would have to pay a lot for luxury. This was perfectly average - the luxury tag a bit of a stretch
