"We were a party of 10 (5 couples) who stayed at this property. It was very conveniently located, super close to everything, including a wide variety of restaurants, cafes, bars, groceries, shopping, etc., and not too far from major sites (Plaza Mayor, Plaza Espana, Prado Museum, Royal Palace, etc.) and everything else. "Apartment was exactly as pictured and described and our host Javier was very helpful, from booking a restaurant for our first night to recommending a beautiful cafe & other places to eat. He was so quick to respond to our messages. As others have mentioned, the floorboards are creaky so if you’re a very light sleeper this could be an issue. The location was perfect and we walked everywhere. Highly recommend!"

While we definitely enjoyed our stay, here are the summary points (both good and needing improvement): Pros: Location is great; flat is very spacious; bathrooms were both clean and large; flat was very quiet despite being on the busiest street in Madrid; Challenges: communication was poor...ask several questions and then delayed response to one question; too difficult to find blankets; unable to access HVAC due to no remotes; wifi access instructions...

Not a huge apartment, but the marvelous use of space makes it seem much larger. Smart TV. Strong WIFI. Groceries, bars, restaurants all around. Lovely walks to all the sights.
