"The facility was not like it was portrayed on the internet. I am not tall, only 5' 7" and I couldn't sit on the toilet without my knees hitting the wall and still not sitting on the floor. There was no A/C in the main Living room, dining room kitchen combination! "

"They couldn’t find the booking to start, then gave the wrong room that had a leaking air conditioner that had water puddles all over the bedroom floor and my 71 year old mother slipped and fell. Then come to find out the balcony door had no lock when I have a ASD child with me. Never again!!! "

"I can highly recommend both the location in Cebu and the host. Roland (host) was very helpful from picking us up at the airport to providing a lot of information on what's available for a visitor. The flat while not large was very comfortable for 5 adults and had a great view, and next door is a lovely hotel for breakfast & dinner. When we return to Cebu we shall certainly contact Roland (host) again."

"Because of travel delays getting to the property, bad information on the location of the property, and only a three hour window for check in I was not able to find or check into the property. Because of this I had to secure another location to stay at for a much higher cost. I am still trying to secure repayment for the cost of the room that I had paid for. "

We informed the front disk about but the maintenance can’t fix it. They told us to call the property owner. We don’t know who owned it. We booked it on line. "The room was very nice, clean and had everything we needed. The air conditioning was perfect which was good for the Cebu weather. Overall good area and the cats outside were very cute. 10/10 would recommend."
