"Clean and functional aparthotel, modern design. However, lots of hidden charges (for not taking trash out, for forgetting to return plastic key cards, etc). "

"Smart flats is unmanned and has a online pre check in, which gives you codes for the doors. Location wise a couple of minutes walk from the tram. Parking is on street which was full. On arrival the front door was unlocked, the inner door and room door have a wireless cylinder type lock which some other guests have had issues with. (I tried the keyboxes first). "This hotel was excellent from staff, food, location everything. Only thing I’d change make the beds not so firm and pillows a little more firm. Have pillows options available for guest if they ask for a pillow. . Linens were good. The shower glass could be a little wider so you don’t get water all over. I still give this place 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟💜"

"Really nice hotel for a short stay in Luxembourg. Outside of the city centre but with a bus stop right outside the hotel and frequent buses. There's a nic boulangerie nearby where you can have breakfast. Rooms are modern with large beds and smart tvs. Would book again if visiting Luxembourg. Good value for money."

Good hotel in good location

"Overall good stay and good location. Breakfast is at a restaurant in the train station and is well worth the cost. Pillows were less than ideal. Important to note..the shower has a viewing wall, you will see the person showering. Not sure if all rooms are the same. No curtain to close or privacy screen. It was ok for us but could be awkward for others"
