We had a hot water problem for a couple of nights, but overall it was a great place to stay.. conveniently walking distance to universal— The manager gave us a comp on the parking fee due to the hot water issue .. Overall a comfortable and nice stay. (included breakfast was nice as well, but its not included for everyone)

The property does not take Apple Pay only physical cards. This was a great inconvenience to me because I did not have the physical cards I wanted to use with me so I had to go to the bank and get cash. In addition, there was a 300.00 deposit. The room was 375.00. This is ridiculous and I had no forwarding. Aft are such a great day at Universal Studios, we ended the day having to take our luggage back to the car, load up, find a bank, get cash , drive back and then check in. Then, the room we were given was next to the elevator. We couldn’t catch a break and felt unwelcome.

Close to universal studios that was nice. Couch was smelly and very uncomfortable to sleep on it. Room was a little smelly too. Food is average and too expensive. Front desk was not that friendly and very cold to questions I asked.

Awesome property always stay here when we come already planning next trip in the summer even bringing more family with us. Staying no where else but here ! Best service ever my guy at the front desk always takes care of us. Makes me feel at home

We were able to check-in early for our stay and head straight to Universal Studios. Staff contacted us when our rooms were ready and the whole process was quick. Rooms were a little small but nicely updated. Shuttle to City walk was convenient. Although you could walk to the park in 8 mins. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Stayed in Double Bed suite with sofa bed. Sofa bed is unsuitable for sleeping on and the bed kit was a pillow and basic sheet. It took 3 hours after check in to get a cot bed and suitable beds for the children. Not enough towels for party size so again had to request from front desk. The windows used to be sliding doors so let in a lot of cold air. The finishing works done to the room are not to the standard of the hotel or the expected nightly rate. The bathroom door had a broken strike plate and the cupboards had tight hinges leading them to bang when opening. We left disappointed with the room and could only recommend if money isn’t a worry and you want to be in close proximity to Universal.

We came with 2 kids around 12 pm , I wasn’t expecting we will be accommodated right away , he let us check in earlier instead of 4 pm . I was grateful because of that . We are prepared just to wait until 4 and leave our baggages for few hour and go to Universal . We only have 1 and half day to stay . Unlike the opposite hotel , we needed to wait until 4 pm regardless if you have 2 children with you .

The staff is very polite and friendly. Parking is around 50$ a day but worth the convenience to get to universal. You will hear some traffic from the rooms, and there was a high pitch electrical sound that I couldn't locate in the room. The rooms are on the smaller side, but we made it work as a family of 4.

Avoid. Rundown, in badly need of an update, this is anything but what you would expect from a Sheraton hotel. The food is sub standard. The rooms are basic, with the aircon very noisy. The shower was abysmal. On one of the days of our stay, we returned to an unmade room despite us leaving early and coming back very late. The hotel said it was because they were at full occupancy! Single use plastic bottles in use contributing to plastic pollution- maybe they should take a leaf out of Conrad’s book and install drinking water filters in rooms.

No one helped with our luggage. The room was dirty and I had to wipe down the bathroom and floor. The carpet had a bunch of crumbs on it. It was somewhat convenient but definitely not worth the price. We got a king bed with a pull out single bed couch that was super uncomfortable and the room was extremely small. For that price, I wouldn’t do this again. Not worth it.

The hotel is older and you can see it in the carpets and outlet positions. However, it was really clean, the staff was great and helpful. Rooms are small, but adequate and have good storage. The pool was very nice, we travelled with 2 kids. Breakfast was one of the best buffets I’ve seen, with something for everyone and very fresh. It’s pricey, but on par with the surrounding area. We were there for universal studios, and you could either take the shuttle or walk quite easily. We also visited Little Tokyo which was an easy Uber ride away. Recommend for a family vacation.
