We had a brief stay here and it was a convenient location to walking around oxford street. The hotel is cute and quiet and the room has a lot of charm and interesting touches. We got the room with the sit-in area by the window, which was lovely even though we didn't get a chance to sit there. The black out shades are so effective that we had no idea it was 10:30am when we woke up and thought it was still before sunrise! Rainfall showers were so lovely too.

The staff, each and everyone was very very helpful, always had a smile. The restaurants (Medera and the Nest) was exceptional ! Cuisine, flavors, the hostesses, the host ...everything about the hotel was FANTASTIC!!! Room was awesome, great view!

Beautiful and unique hotel. Close to shopping, dining, and transportation. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here when we come to London again.

This is my second time staying at this hotel and it was excellent - especially the staff. At registration, I was graciously greeted by Magdalena, Iulia and Joanos. They answered all my questions are were very friendly. Massive shoutout to Alex and Jackson for helping me out during a time I needed assistance.
