"Room was adequate. Large and clean. Very convenient for both Northern, District and Circle lines. We appreciated the nespresso machine and the addition of chocolate discs was a nice touch. Whilst the coffee was replenished the tea bags were not. I'm sure if I had notified reception earlier they would have replaced them but I didnt go to make a tea until the early hours of the morning. The service in the hotel was pleasant both at reception and the bar. Breakfast was lovely on our first day but...

"I've attended this property to host professional events a few times and the staff and venue are always very helpful and friendly. This was the first time we stayed here in one of the suites, which was absolutely sublime and perfect for our needs. It was clean and comfortable with great facilities. The only slight criticism I'd have is that if there is an event on the noise carries into the rooms and can be disruptive until late. I understand that commercially it's a balance in keeping guests...

"Stayed a few months ago and paid £90 with breakfast, which I thought was very underpriced considering the quality of the hotel. This time I paid £200 and in June it’s closer to £400 a night which is the opposite and very over priced. This is a brilliant little hotel with great staff, service and breakfast. But the pricing seems all over the place. "
