"The hotel was great for what we wanted The food was fantastic to lots of options We really thought the hotel room was lovely - But could do with some soft close hinges on the doors as alot of people bang them shut every morning and evening waking everyone up. The pools are great - the loungers could do with cleaning as they look dirty some of them. The drink prices are fantastic to we were half board. I also noticed some staff don't always understand what is asked for such as one morning...

"Great hotel option for staying in central Alicante, walkable to the centre of the city and also on the beach! Hotel staff were all lovely, so helpful. We upgraded to a room on the level, which was a junior suite as we were a group of 3 adults, this room was brilliant, lots of space, 2 balconies and 2 bathrooms - I would definitely recommend. The lounge included in the level has free flowing wine, beer, soft drinks, coffee and tea all day which was great and snacks throughout the day with tapas...
