"We had a very good stay in this modern apartment (with access by lift) in the old town, convenient for restaurants, public transport, supermarket and Mercado Central. The building is a bit difficult to locate as there is no name on the outside. There is some street noise from nearby bars on a few nights but this is common in Spanish cities."

"Apt is very close to the beach but half hour tram ride to Alicante centre. Enjoyed apt, which has everything one needs but bring your own spices etc if you intend to use the kitchen or buy them on arrival. Great place for beach holiday."

Our second day we had trouble with the lock. Oscar was there to help in minutes. It was something we were doing wrong, yet he was very pleasant about the whole thing. "We chose this apartment based upon its location, size, and a review that stated it had a sunny balcony from 10-5 in the winter. We were not disappointed and really enjoyed all 3 months here in our home away from home. The hosts have a well equipped kitchen which was very important to us including little things like an apron, multiples of things like measuring cups and plastic storage containers. They also had a rolling grocery cart which we didn't use but it was nice that it was available....

"Excellent studio apartment overlooking a busy square just 2 roads back from the esplanade. Big bathroom with hot shower, small kitchen but more than adequate to make tea and coffee and store my wine and orange juice! The bed was so comfy and big with large tv on wall opposite letting us watch Netflix in bed. Electronic lock to front door and door into the apartment meant I didn’t have to look after a key either. One extra valued facility is the washing machine and dryer in the basement for guest...

"Elevado el precio por lo que es. Colchones muy malos, en 7 dias no tuvimos cambio de ropa de cama, sobre el mal colchón 2 sábanas y nada más, ni un cubre cama, casi nada en la cocina, muy básico… lo único la vista al mar que es muy linda ,, el resto muy elevado el precio por lo que ofrece !!"
