"Well, on the positive side - the hotel is new, especially the bathroom. Big walk-in shower - no phone booth - and it has a closing door. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Hotel is very clean. It is well located in Livorno - close to everything. It is also very quiet from street noise, a hard thing to say is always the case in Italy."

"Fantastic place! Very clean, front desk staff great and helpful, and room wonderful- smallish but sufficient. Best aspect of hotel was location-frequent city bus to and from train station came down main road (via Grande) with stop near hotel."
