"Sadly there were other things that were wrong. I’ve stayed at the hotel before and felt the last time that some of the staff weren’t great. But there was one particular young guy on Reception who was really quite rude. Breakfast was cold with not much selection. I have to say the Staff serving breakfast were really helpful. We didn’t have a kettle on in the room, we had an issue with hot water, there was a children’s party which we weren’t notified of around the swimming pool which is quite noisy. It was a little disappointing, but I have to say that Fabio, the manager handled our complaint well. We just wish that everything has been perfect as this was an anniversary "

"Pool and spa timing was wierd . We stayed with family never got a chance when we are back from sightseeing its done . Kids timing was more difficult to use . Not worth the money .staff was nice"
