"We didn't get to take full advantage of the surrounding area of our cabin as it stormed all day Saturday. But, we had a great weekend. It was myself and 2 granddaughters, age 19 and 16. I carried food to cook on the grill, but because of the rain, couldn't do that. The cabin was equipped with 2 gas burners that made it easy to cook indoors. I have been to other cabins in the woods and could not use our phones or watch tv. This cabin had a tv with vcr and video cassette player and the wifi worked...

"We had a lovely 3-night stay. The cottage was cozy and clean. The bed was very comfortable - soft, but not too soft. Pillows were great. Enjoyed a bonfire and smores at night; coffee and turtle watching from the boathouse dock at sunrise. We had a perfect view of the eclipse from the dock. Luckily, the rain clouds held off until after totality. Internet connection was strong and supported multiple devices. We were also able to smoothly stream movies in the evening, even with a thunderstorm...

"It was a quick getaway for me and my daughter. We had a fishing tournament. The host were great on helping me get inside with the door code. I was having slight problem. It was at 10:00. Appreciate them answering at that time. Place was clean and beds were soft. Bathrooms were modern and clean. It is close to Lake Fork, but on a smaller lake. This is nice as well. Will come back."

"From the time we areived until wr left we loved it!! It's such a quiet peaceful place!! Feer were walking in the yard, the older girls went play pickle ball and basketball the you get one loved the playground! Quiet streets and trails, great for walking and everything you need is at the cabin. The host are phenomenal!!!"

"My Husband & Son came to Lake Fork for the annual Elliotts Electric Bass Tournament. The property is absolutely perfect as it has a boat ramp on premises. The waterfront home is perfect with great views of the water and we definitely would stay here again."

It was storming very badly the day we were to leave and Jan sent us a text to extend our stay if needed because of the weather. "I booked this property for a birthday weekend getaway for my sister and myself. We wanted a quiet place with a porch and a great view to spend the weekend reading. This was definitely all that! It was far enough out to make us feel surrounded by nature, but close enough to get to Tyler to shop and eat. The place had all the little extras to make our stay great. The only difficulties we noticed (and it wasn’t that much of one) was the very steep ladder to get to the loft where the bed is. Also...

"We have stayed in VRBO’s for over 15 years and this was a winner. It was located in a beautiful, peaceful area and easily accommodated 11 children and Adults. They supplied everything you would need to cook and host a small family reunion. We hated to leave. Best of all the check out was the least complicated of any we’ve stayed at. On top of that our grandkids ages 10 to 16 NEVER SAID THE WORDS I’M BOARD! That says it all."

"I chose this property because of the great reviews. The amenities offered for my children and grandchildren were also important in my decision. Upon rental and before we arrived prompt communication with the owner was very much appreciated. Instructions for home entry, parking, etc were very clear. This house is in a beautiful, quiet community. There was plenty of room inside this large house. The outdoor amenities made it easy to sit and look at the night sky where the stars really are big and...

"My sweet man and I took our first little R&R trip together here. It was a little bit of off season time so the grounds had a lot of dead foliage on the little trails on the property. But that was expected. It was peaceful & would go back again. Great quick getaway! "
