I have been trying to get the damage deposit back from them for 11 days now with no communication back at all. The communication with Hazel has been awful from the point of booking. "Tradition English Pub, Good selection of Drinks and Food. The rooms are not new, as you would expect in a building of this age, but comfortable and clean. Staff and Landlord very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was excellent and plentiful. The Bar / Lounge is traditional English countryside decor, spacious and comfortable. This is a yearly trip for me, so I will definitely be staying here next year."
