"The staff is awesome! The restaurant & spa are awesome! You should know that this hotel is in 2 halves. Half is historical. The other half has elevators and air conditioning. Know when you book which side you are booking. Despite being on the “wrong” side at the end of a long trip, the staff did everything possible to make it enjoyable for us."

"Easy to walk to castle and pubs even if you go to central business and entertainment Centre. Staff checked us in early and arranged for laundry services. Enjoyed the Locke bar and traditional music."

"Fantastic hotel! Friendly, helpful staff. Located in an easy spot to walk pretty much anywhere. Only issue was the shower. The shower head didn’t adjust forcing us to contort ourselves to get to the water. Minor frustration for an otherwise great experience. "

"Area around hotel not very nice but hotel is very nice with very helpful staff loved the breakfast which I payed 15 Euros for Lots of different choices of food and drink the bar area also nice also loved the underground ground car park that has security shutters that lock at night "
