"The staff is awesome! The restaurant & spa are awesome! You should know that this hotel is in 2 halves. Half is historical. The other half has elevators and air conditioning. Know when you book which side you are booking. Despite being on the “wrong” side at the end of a long trip, the staff did everything possible to make it enjoyable for us."

"The only down side of this hotel was no AC in room. It made for an unpleasant night of sleep in overall warm room even with the windows open. We’d not stay here in future travels ever brought us back to Limerick. "
