The hotel is nice. But our room was so noisy! The 5th floor rooms have been changed to laminate flooring so all night all you could hear was people moving about and chairs scrapping on the floor. It was awful. It was so loud at time. Even at 2am the sound of a chair or something scrapping the floor could be heard. So we did not have a good nights sleep. However the woman at the desk in the morning gave us our parking free. If you are going to have laminate flooring atleast put some rugs down or have those felt pads on the bottom of the furniture. That might help reduce some noise.

No air con. Room service menu fairly limited. But overall good value for money with big room, comfortable beds and friendly staff. Walkable distance from the high street and restaurants makes it a good option for short stay in Leeds.
