Staff were friendly and helpful, in particular Dean and his colleague on reception when we checked in as they recommended 2 amazing restaurants. Had to call again and insist someone comes to sort out it as there isn’t a toilet brush in the room, finally someone came but initially they said there were no maintenance people , it was 7:30 am when we first told them "

So central - a bit noisy so you will need to close windows. But you are central on the Headrow so it’s what you would expect. I would recommend and will be back. "
