Unfortunately licating it was ridiculous as there was no signage and we thought initially that we had been scammed as came out of the taxi in an underground carpark with 2 buildings either side but no signage as to which was ours or how to get in. Also need yo supply iron and ironing board"

"Not deluxe in any sense of the word and I was so disappointed with this apartment. 1. Apartment itself (and the building as a whole) had a bit of a weird smell about it. 2. Kitchen was missing the front of the oven door (glass front) so the handle was loose and felt unsafe to use. 3. Kick board in the kitchen was lying on the floor and you could see how dirty it was underneath the cupboards. 4. Kitchen floor had seen better days, felt sticky and gaps in the boards which were full of bits. 5....

"Good location with parking, slight issue with the parking as you are given an allocated spot but upon arrival there was a vehicle already parked in the spot, quick phone call and instructions given to park elsewhere which was fine. Entry door system was hit and miss, didn’t work upon arrival but then on return did the same thing but it worked. Stayed in a 2 bedroom but only one bathroom so if you were not from the same family it might cause a few issues. "

"Cheap, furniture look like second hand, chairs are coming off onto pieces. The bathroom is very small, cannot turn in it. Shower tray and curtains are dirty and mouldy. Shower head holder fixed with a rusty nail across. Simply very cheap and dirty, hostel style. The place was very cold on arrival, no one cared to switch on the heating even at low temperature before arrival. Bathroom has no heating and is freezing cold as well as being very small and dirty."

"It has been now four weeks that I've been trying to wrestle back the deposit. They won't refund it to the credit card. They won't pay it into a bank account identified by IBAN/BIC. They won't pay it through PayPal. At some stage, my mails to them started bouncing back as undeliverable. Then they stopped answering my SMS. Their website is a primitive fake. My contact's phone number has the mainland China country code. Looks like an offshore operation, feel free to figure out its purpose. The...

"Great place for a short stay. Clean & good facilities bit of confusion over payment…. Thought paid up front but hotel said not… so this is main reason for 4 not 5. Also close to late night pubs/ clubs…. So if you’re wanting to go to see early… probably not the place for you as the music can be quite loud. However, not an issue for us & slept really well. Ultimately good value for money & would stay again."
