The couch in the room had stains and the light fixtures were broken the a/c was loud and barely cooled the room and the bed sheets on one of the beds of had an old stain on it

Great location with lots of family activities to do. This hotel is in excellent quality, super clean , and very friendly staff, rates are very affordable. Id love to stay again in the future but hope to see the cigarette smoking to maybe to 1 enclosed dedicated side so kids and people like myself are able to breathe clean air without getting more health issues from secondhand smoke. I have asthma and my parnter is a diabetic.

Rooms are outdated and it’s an older hotel but we enjoyed our stay and the price was great. Good location and the service was fantastic. Easy check in and out. Would stay again.

Totally unsafe, a security employee used a room key to enter to our room while we were there at 6:44 am, pushed the door and luckily we had it locked with the door bolt but the door was pushed and they told us there were performing a door check, which for the hour and circumstances we believed they broke in to steal from us.

When I checked in the rooms were not adjoining as requested , smells of smoke , I had to pay more money even though I paid in advance, an addition 154.00 which I would like refunded. My room has a view of cement only . No refridge , no coffee pot 1 roll of toilet paper

The room was old and dated there was no fridge no water no tea no coffee. There was no bathroom with strippers… It looks like it hasn’t been renovated since the 1970s… Everything is super expensive and $20 for three bags of potato chips.

I didnt like that there wasn't a fridge or any coffee facilities in room. For the amount i paid i would have expected more. I was very disappointed that parking was not included. Also be aware that the ice creams are very expensive but as there is no price shown you have to pay for your order. On a plus side the Italian restaurant was fantastic. I would not stay here again .

Decent place to stay but shower seemed old. Weak water pressure and built up black mold. Every time the AC starts up it rings loudly. They charge us too many extra fees during our stay. Good enough to sleep, decent buffet but limited options.
