The plumbing in the room sinks needs repair. Carpet seemed dirty. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast lines at the cafeterias were long and slow as the cooks were overwhelmed. The casino was beautiful regarding the decor.
I found the majority of staff to be quite rude. When we checked in, we were told “ You are only getting a standard room”- as if to say your room is the lowest quality in the hotel. Btw- I didn’t even ask about the room.
Starbucks staff were downright rude both mornings.
Shout to Ronald who fixed our safe. Great guy and super friendly and helpful. He deserves raise !
Our room wasn't ready when we arrived, so I chose to pay extra for an early check-in and was told they would text me. They never did. I had a medical emergency while I was waiting (911 was called) and I had to recover in my sister's room until I had the ability to go to the front desk because they wouldn't tell me over the phone if my room was available.
Drinks at the pool (according to family) were $40 each. And they wouldn't reset the wifi to accomodate 2 lines from the same room.
Rooms were pretty clean. But I won't stay here again.
Enjoyed the pool and onsite restaurants. Also like the central location. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We stay here almost every time we are in Las Vegas and recommend it.
