"This was the absolute best experience at a hotel I have ever had. I booked 3 nights, then loved it so much that I booked another 4 nights. Because of my Platinum Expedia status I did get upgraded which got me a room further up the mountain with even more privacy. I was upgraded to the Brisas Beach Club with a private pool. EPIC! The service was so great. They have these safari jeeps that pick you up and take you wherever you need to go and they arrive fast. I never waited more than 3-5 minutes...

"We had an amazing time. We loved our room and the service throughout the hotel was phenomenal!!!! Best we ever had. In particular, we would like to recognize Jorge Quezada from The Pescador restaurant, and Ernesto from the Pescador bar, for their hard work in providing amazing service. We stayed for a week and got tired of our food options though Changing the menus up more would be helpful. Also, a little more adult entertainment please. We loved the casino night. Overall it was great."

The beach and pool was awesome. Beautiful beach club. Don't order a bottle of wine from room service. You can buy it at the Pink Shop for 199 pesos. But room service charges you 449 pesos. I realllly didn't like that. Especially because I invested so much during my stay. This hotel is a real experience. I loved it here. It was very healing. I will come again. Seriously, look no further. Enjoy your stay!! -Kai"
