"Lovely resort nestled high above the lake with views of the water and mountains. Staff was excellent and the rooms very comfortable. The restaurant served up an excellent rotating menu with local fresh ingredients. When they say family friendly, they mean it! Pizza parties, craft classes and magic shows are all on tap for the little ones, and there were many staying while we were there. Overall an excellent stay if you don't mind little ones everywhere."

"This hotel was in walking distance to the town as well as visiting local attractions. If you wanted a change of scenary, you could walk to the harbour and take a ferry across to the nearest town. My only issue was when booking through a 3rd party site you don't get acccess to the pool we were not told that upon checking in. We decided to go to the pool and used our key which didn't open it, the front desk told us there would be a $10 a day per person charge if we wanted to use the pool.
